Bullet Time - Early Development

Implemented initial bullet rotation constraints, these constraints currently don't give you an indication for how fast the bullet rotates, this will become more apparent when time control is implemented.
Initial Bullet Constraints

Balin:
Created the low-poly bullet model for the bullet

Created a testing scene, which includes a four walls and an architrave to simulate random objects that the bullet might hit.


Started working on scoring proximity detection system which is used to give the player points for near misses of a variety of objects (static objects like walls and architraves or moving objects like enemies).
